  • Garlic can be roasted on flame and the skin is peeled off . It removes the pungent odour and makes it bit crunchy and tasty .
  • Garlic milk can be taken in the night which has lot of benefits ranging from pain reduction to cough and cold relief.  You can add 3 to 4 garlic cloves to milk which is moderately boiled and allow it to simmer for 4 to 5 minutes .
  • It can be included in most of the foods which makes it more tasty.
  • Garlic oil can be used on skin to treat fungal infections.  Apply the oil to the affected part.
  • Garlic was used in ancient days to get relief from insect bite symptoms. Use garlic oil or rub the crushed garlic on the affected part.
  • For toothache you can rest the garlic with rock salt on the affected tooth . 

Eat just 2 or 3 cloves of garlic  a day. Do not consume in high quantity.

  • Avoid if there is surgery in few weeks as it may cause bleeding during surgery.
